are based on Eastern Standard Time, each moving up in hours: example-
noon in New York = midnight in Vietnam. They differ a little from
the original chart S@S provided, but I used
www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/full.html ,
so I think I'm right (and S@S is WRONG)
