18/3/2006 - a trip down south

sand sand sand..it would fill up most of my day yesterday...i say yesterday cause now its a new day lol its 0428!! yeah my day started yesterday and it hasnt ended...its been the story of my holiday but today was a night where you know,you just drag everything and anything.time just flew by,i had this in mind as the last thing on my schedule.and yes it turned out to be at this hour.plenty to think about,plenty to talk about.oh well here goes...

woke up and travelled to Harbourfront station in the morning.was pleasantly surprised it wasnt far from kallang.i just needed to change at Outram Park and its one stop on the north-east line!! hahaz..so i got there like 0950...im early again=) better make it a habit,better not be late in cjc lol...yeah...but the rest were late haha...and was surprised i was quite lucky in taiti today...2 wins in 2 games lol..well it was to pass time haha...by the time we hit the road it was 1040...and by the time we settled the breakfast and all we left harbourfront on the shuttle bus at 1220...yeah you could imagine what time we got there lol...first stop was Palawan Beach,where after another bus we reached our destination.First thing to note was that the sand was really getting into my sandals,and it was impossible to walk with sandcastles on your feet!! yeah so barefoot it was.oh boy was the sand hot!! it was scorching la...lolx...so much for bringing the soccer ball,we were reduced to mere passing!! haha...then we resorted to playing in the water nearby,yeah the usual monkey game...and then somehow we played captain's ball on the sand..we found 2 chairs and we used them lol...i had to be the catcher because i needed to dry my clothes!! i didnt bring extra lol,and it was like really wet,you could see that,in the water i knew it wasnt cut for swimming,everything got trapped underneath!! didnt fare too badly in the game haha...we won i think yeah...and my outfit dried pretty quickly,it was really hot you know!!yeah then Sean Sprypt and Sean left to play Lan...by then it was like 1530 already..i wanted to go meet the Tampines Mart Gang..not many ppl i knew today...5 from Thebes Gamma orientation 2...i was like a stranger la..crashing into other groups and all..some made me feel comfortable,some made me feel very alien and out of place..ah well..and guess what..some ppl brought the ball to Siloso beach!! so yeah i had to follow them and chase trams the wrong way,wait for seats in the tram,change two trains and walk to Siloso beach just to get my ball..i took the oppurtunity to try and get to know more people...dont get me wrong they are nice people,but i guess im quite unfamiliar to them and who can blame them i was in SRJC for only one day!! yeah and you know when i went to Siloso Beach i wasnt going to leave right away..they all played volleyball at the marcated volleyball beach court for 30 dollars an hour,split into 15 so 2 dollars each...and i crashed without paying!! i can be really a bastard at times haha...as usual i was poor,volleyball is hard la...ended up licking a couple of times..didnt go down well sigh...ah well i wont see them around anyway...was surprised,they were quite chi-na..i mean they speak alot of chinese and dialects!! and im getting numb typing,got a lot more to say lol..took another tram to a stop,they bought drinks and wanted to go back to palawan beach...i left them there stealthily,regrettably i did that but it was necessary...it was 1700 already...time to meet the Tampines Mart gang,they were in Parkway already,i was going to be late lol...

So the next part of my journey made me change bus to the departure hall...saw an SAJC group and a girl wearing the shirt...felt envious and regretful...sigh ah well..then took the shuttle bus again and the train to kallang..before taking 12 to parkway..i was there like 1830 la...so long...40 minutes just to get out of sentosa lol..they were still playing luckily...they got there like 1730...Hisham,Dinie,Glen Pablo and Hakim...i played,beat Hakim by the black ball,lost to Glen and Dinie by the black ball...and then went to Kartini Indonesian Restaurant at 2000 to eat for the first time that day and the first time there..my  first and last meal of the day...yeah then went to Mac Cafe and slack before playing soccer since i brought the ball at the park between holy family and parkway..need to brush up my tricks and dribbling haha...then went with Hisham back home with 196,he stopped at the welfare home with me to change to 30...he had to go home before his bro went clubbing lol..Glen had to go his aunt and dinie had to go home..i reach home 2330...and then wasted time on the here we go lying down on the couch before i showered and came online...im standing and typing lol..feeling numb...k gtg...continue tommorow..og 19 not so keen sadly..see how tommorow...or rather today...its 0456 now lol...k gtg feeling really numb typing...hate the feeling lol...
