19/6/2006 - Activation difficulty
yet another day goes by without studying. Yet another day draws closer to the mid year exam. In fact, its SPA on friday, its monday, and i got a hell lot to do. Failure to study yet again, no surprise,sigh. Got to do it today, countdown to SPA 4 days. I better stop contenting myself with the world cup unless i study haha..ah well..Japan fought out a 0-0 with croatia, a game both sides could have won, and japan missed a sitter. zico blamed the 3pm kickoffs, i kinda agree. Then gallant australia fought but lost 0-2 to brazil. they missed clear chances as well, kewell missing a absoulte sitter and viduka just over calibrating a lob. a win was probably still a fair result for brazil though, who were just about better. Then was treated to korean support. a voiciferous one even when theirry henry gave france the lead 1-0 after 9 minutes. park ji-sung equalized late on to give the koreans a draw, and it warmed my heart to see them get a outcome after such support, singing throughout the game. the french should have killed it off, but credit to korea, and their 12th man the fans. French coach raymond Domenech has got a serious problem, he is too pathetic. he is causing the downfall of the french. playing henry lone striker, leaving trezeguet on the bench, leaving giuly at home because of personal reasons, pires at home as well, and the team spirit is flagging. He is the worst manager ive seen. even if i dont like france, even i want them a new manager, to stem the rot. ok, i simply have to stop now, i want to ramble on but i have to study. see whether im finally successful today. meeting marian and amanda tommorow at toa payoh to study...then benjamin yee at somewhere on wednesday to study.
