Finding the best mortgage is a lot like going on a treasure hunt. You never know what you might land up with. Given the growth in the business of mortgages and loans, it is easy to be swamped by loan packages of all kinds. However, selecting the best ones from the lot is not all that simple.

The competition in the field of mortgages and loans makes it difficult to pick out a single loan or mortgage. After all, every loan provider claims to offer the "best possible deals". How does one choose the "best" from a host of "best possible deals"?
