 A CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE. By Dawnie 2005. My eyes opened and saw a kindly star, In this mixed up world full of war, My eyes opened and saw, Quiet rolling hills and fields, Orchards and garden upon garden, With bluebells and daffodils, Love for my wide brown land, Was rising up and lying down, Amid the beautiful scenery... Of paddocks green and brown, My eyes opened and saw a world with out any war, Cowslips smiled and daffodils sang Oh! What a star....Could there be anymore?
