I REALLY NEED MY ANGEL.

I really need my Angel to keep me calm and peaceful because I am really

a wee bit frazzled because of this computer. I had to ring the computer

people back yesterday and get more help via the phone, but this time it

cost me $55.00 because they said it's a software problem not a computer

problem but I said who put the soft ware in the machine?

"Oh he said the manufacturer ( NEC) of the computer did."

"Well I ask doesn't that make you technically responsible"

But he couldn't and didn't want to see my logic at all and I was beginning

to see that without paying the $55.00 I was not going to get any where.

So out with the credit card and pay and he gives me the secret to restoring

the computer. Today and last night I worked at downloading all the virus

software etc and getting back connected to the Internet. The dreaded

machine is still not stable so I will have to make disks rather frequently

of everything important.I am so disappointed that a machine that cost

what to me is a lot of money can at barely a year old give so much trouble.

Oh well I guess that's how the dash machines are wild with a will of their own

the computer

I am so sorry to hear that. Hope it gets better. My computer is a Sony, they're supposed to be really good so the next time you think of getting a new computer consider Sony or Dell. Anyways people just have a way of not working without seeing money flashed in their face. It's really sick. Whatever happened to being good? I'm having such a tough time at our crappy hostel and I gotten bitten again. Anyways Dawn best of luck to ya. Take care soooooo many hugs :-) love Soraya
