I have always tried to keep my personal opinions of individual world leaders to my self so as not to insult anyone especially my blogger mates but I listened to a few words on a news bulletin from Mr. George W Bush President of the United States of America this afternoon and I did a double take, rewound the foxtel live active and re-watched to see if he said what I thought he said.? Well yes he did say what I thought and fair dinkum I had to ask myself if heâ??s had a stroke or been on drugs? Because his speech was like that of a punch drunk war monger and what he said was completely asinine and to my way of thinking heartless and callous. "Is this bloke ridgy didge fair dinkum or what?" He was commenting on this latest hot spot between Israel and Lebanon. To my way of thinking he should be working out how to fix up the terrible mess in Iraq and Afghanistan. America elected to be world police and go trundling on in to clear out the Talaban in Afghanistan after 9/11 and then roll on into Iraq to get rid of the evil despotic dictator Sadam H. Now they must finish the job to a satisfactory conclusion and not beat any more war drums until they can leave these two conflicts knowing that they have created peace in both these countries. America cannot decide the job is to hard and abort now. The Iraqi and Afghanistan people deserve better. So for God sake Mr. Bush stop talking about going to war anywhere else. I am thinking you Mr. Bush have some sort of head trauma and suffer delusions of being King of the world. We the Australian people under the leadership of our Prime Minister Mr. Howard have backed you up and have sent our soldiers to the conflict to make peace and we know out here in the land of Australia that we need America as our ally and always have since the Second World War. We fought beside you in that conflict and have gone on to fight beside you in every battle and hot spot since and we do not need you drumming anymore war drums. Stone the crows man you have a big enough job to do as it is. That is to fix the mess you have already started. So please someone gag him, check him in to a hospital and please give him a brain scan and make sure he is sane. Oh! Also I'm wondering about how a bloke who is supposed to be so religious can be so keen on some more war on another front? "Yep too much dry hay in the top of the shed and a few too?many kangaroos loose in the top paddock" Or should that be--- "Too many skunks in the top paddock"

Hi Dawnie!
I know what you mean about not wanting to annoy people. People have such passionate opinions and we're not likely to change them. I admire Heather for putting everything out in the open; not for me! Still, I couldn't agree with you more. You are very perceptive. I couldn't stand him from day one and it gets worse and worse.

Dear Dawnie
Sweetheart, I, with all my heart encourage you to speak up, your voice as with all others has a right to be heard, recognized and respected, never worry about offending anyone sweetheart not everyone is going to agree on all issues and thats ok. As you well know I despise George Bush for a wide variety issues, I see him as an evil man, many disagree with me on that issue and thats ok. Mr Bush was quoted as saying to one of his cabinet staff members in relation to our constitution as quote "its just a god-damn piece of paper" unquote every american should be outraged at that remark our founding fathers wrote that what he refers to as a "piece of paper" countless americans shed their blood and lives for that "piece of paper" americans that unlike Mr Bush that were willing to fight for their country. Mr. Bush used daddy to be accepted into the Air National Guard so he could avoid service in Vietnam and remain stateside where he was AWOL and had a history of being drunk and indulging in cocaine all of which were covered up by daddy Bush. When we regardless of country, see an injustice we have an obligation to ourselves, our conscience and our fellow neighbors to stand up and fight the injustice. Dawnie I love all your blogs, all your comments to my own and you never offend me my love my friendship with you transcends any religious or political ideological differences so far we are so much alike
