"A QUOTE I READ AND THOUGHT WORTHWHILE"I have been doing some reading about my celtic heritage. I gave each of my granddaughters and also my daughter and daughter in-law a Celtic Love Knot entwined through a heart so we would always be connected where ever we went. Even if they are not wearing it I told them to just rest it in their hand and feel our connection because the connection is never ending. I then came across this quote by Prince Philip consort of our Queen of Australia... I thought this statement has real merit and truth... SO HERE IT IS! Prince Philip, in a speech to a Washington conference on religion and ecology controversially pointed to the direction in which we should look, when he said: "It is now apparent that the ecological pragmatism of the so-called pagan religions...was a great deal more realistic in terms of conservation ethics than the more intellectual monotheistic philosophies of the revealed religions." 14:43 - Saturday, August 5, 2006 - post commentShare and enjoy
