I like all your positive sayings, especially this one. It's quite poignant as I've started making fresh bread lately!
I like the quote from the Dalai Lama - my religion is simple, my religion is kindness.
Have you ever practiced meditation? I started reading a book on it recently - Mindfulness by John Kabat-Zinn - it reminded me of you a little. It's a lovely read, full of simple but very wise philosophy. Mindfulness is all about living in the present, stopping to listen to our bodies and our breathing etc, not pining for the past or looking toward the future, just existing here and now.
