OUR SON GAVE US A BIG SURPRISE!Our Son rocked on up to our door step, on the 20th October and surprised us. Hubby was so happy because it just happened to be his 65th birthday that week. He had come to Melbourne to do a course at one of the Victorian army barracks for a week. So there was great fan-fair and cooking of this and that, also getting the family together to celebrate the arrival of our dear boy. He came back again yesterday afternoon and after visiting his Nana and uncles arrived home for tea. Tonight our Daughter and family rocked up for tea with us and a get together with her brother and arranging the air flight for her Daughter to go up to Queensland for a holiday in January to be with her cousins. We had a great night and we were all so happy. I went out and bought all his children Christmas presents and tomorrow I will wrap them and he can take them with him to N.S.W until he drives home to Queensland before Christmas. Save around $100.00 0n postage that way which is real good because one can be a little more generous with the presents.He is going over to his Sisters place tomorrow to add some music site to her computer and then all to soon he will be gone and on the road again and we will be parted by the miles again. But never mind we had the surprise of our life and what better surprise could we have received?
