Her brother who was the ruling king, after the death of thier father, had sent his sister off to be wed to a king who could make a profitable and powerful aillence, but she was against the marraige as the man that was to be her husband was a good deal older than her. There was nothing she could do and she had no choice within the matter, but during the voyage to meet what was to be her husband she had an affair with one of the men sent to be her escourt, after the affair was discovered the man was killed and she was sent into exile and stripped of everything. |
