I recently found myself using the phrase, "Even Miss Cleo could've seen that coming". I, and perhaps some others, invoke the name of Miss Cleo when pointing out that a situation was entirely predictable. Does anybody remember Miss Cleo? She was a phony Missouri psychic convicted of fraud. I'm afraid that this story is so old that nobody remembers who Miss Cleo is. That leaves us with no witty way of referring to utterly predicatable events. America obviously needs a new Miss Cleo desperately, and yet no one has stepped up to the plate. Come on, people!
