They've trained and dreamed of this moment their entire lives. Then, some of them actually win an Olympic medal!......Only it looks like someone strung a ribbon through a CD. If I won one, I would kind of scratch at it a little to see if the letters "AOL" were underneath some paint. (A reference to a recent entry in MizSparklez blog for the AOL idea.). Several years back, one host country had clear ice-like medals with all the info embossed. That was kind of neat, but I don't know, I like the traditional ones. So,  future Olympic committees, kindly take note of  that for me when I win that medal.
