If I could stop commenting on people's blogs and write my post... No, it's a good thing because I see some new, potentially interactive bloggers here.
I really like New Year's Resolutions and believe in new beginnings and the power to improve one's life.
Here are my last year's resolutions:
1. Diet/Weight loss
A. Don't sit for more than 90 min. without getting up and doing something more active than just standing there.
B. Weigh in every month, after 6 weeks of dieting
C. Add light supplementary activities in the evening, one every other week; ball/bands, etc.
D. Limit lunches to produce every day except Tues./Thurs.
E. No wine except for Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays
2. House Cleaning/clutter
A. Work at least two hours/day
B. De-clutter one room per week every Fri. or Sat.
C. Keep up with Motivated Mom planner; at least the main tasks
These are really an update of last year's goals, but hey, there' always next year..and it IS next year!
