The Lane Bryant murders took place 16 days ago. The Tinley Park police are trying a new tactic. They have gotten together with local clergy and are encouraging him to give himself up. That should work. Of course, they are announcing to him that the trail has gone cold and they haven't a clue in the world. That's Tinley!
