I'm having my first internet baby. The first one whose mom's pregnancy I've followed. The sweet little lady, Samantha Jo, http://backtome.typepad.com/my_weblog/  went into preterm labor one month ago today.  They were able to stop the labor. I think just shy of 35 weeks is a lot better than just shy of 31. I'm like a sit com dad of the 70s....nervous, jittery, and well removed from the situation. It's a boy (wow, remember when they used to wait until the wee one was born to say that?) and they've named him Theo..Theodore Thomas. A bit bold, but I've heard tons worse and it is growing on me like creeping charlie. It's interesting too because she doesn't live that far from me. Just a coincidence. I found a martial arts blog and hers was listed on the blogroll.

I regret that I haven't been keeping up with blogs and commenting here like I should.
