...in my son's school.  Each day, they have a few students from one of the classes come to the office and lead the school in the Pledge of Allegiance (I don't believe in pledging my allegience unconditionally to any government, but that's another issue) over the intercom. 

Todays' student said, "Students and teachers, please stand and face the American Idol..."

I just hope he's someone who can laugh at himself. Everyone else did. I think it's priceless.
