A public service feature. Diet tip: I've gotten into the strange (not for me) habit of eating a hunk of cheese for lunch. Since the store was out of single-serve Babybel cheese, I bought me a nice, small wheel of gouda. Yum! Yesterday, I cut off a piece that I knew was a bigger serving than I should have. That same nice, I pulled out a yummy chili crispito from the freezer. I knew I should have only had a half. It turns out, the same solution applies to both instances:
I took a big bite out of both food products. Voila, the problem was solved and I was no longer tempted by the too large portion.

How many flavors of Babybel do you have in America by the way? In my country it's three: young, old and Swiss.
