The most used accommodation in 2014 (latest known figures) was the yurt, a conventional tent used by travelling nomads in Central Asia. With that said, the tipi and safari tent remain common as well. The fastes rising star in the arena of glamping seems to be the more futuristic dome - viewed as the hipster version of the yurt.
