I was on my bed laying down with my "Babies" and I was watching the "Tonight Show" [Jay Leno] and the guest this particular night was Mariah Carey.
The conversation was interesting at least from the female prespective, but the honesty was lacking. Midway, the conversation turned shoes as Jay was perusing through a magazine wich had a pictorial on Mariah's shoe collection, and her closet of what had to be close to almost 1,000 pair, I kid you not!
In any event Jay started to to question her on why the excessive amount of shoes, to which Mariah replied to Jay you have a car collection, why the excessive amount of cars.....touche Mariah!
The part of her explanation I did not think was honest was where she went on to explain that in her lean years she claimed to have just one pair of shoes and vowed that one day when she became wealthy, she would have a collection of shoes that would rival Imelda Marcos. Mariah honey, come clean and admit that you were never in abject poverty at any stage of your life, and that as long as most men have a thing for women in sexy shoes your closet will be overflowing with shoes and to that I say you go girl!
Well other than Mother Theresa who really did have only one pair, even the poorest of American females will find a way to have as many shoes as possible even if it means cutting to one meal a day lol!
As long as High Heels add class to the ass, add height [although at 6'0" I don't need it but love it anyway] make men foam at the mouth, and as long as every man's heart beats to the rhythm of the click...click of a woman's ankle-strapped, needle thin 5 inch high heeled sandal, I can assure you our closet will be loaded with dress shoes of every sort...If the High Heel fits wear it!
