Soldiers are ordered to city to city to quell insurgencies then once secured ordered out of the city only to have the insurgency to start up again...its like they want to keep the insurgency going deliberately to justify troops in Iraq and to keep the "corporate" war going, its blatantly obvious this is a war based on profits.
