Saturday, September 30, 2006 - Finally "Campbell's Select" And "Chunky Soups" Go Healthy Request

I was happy to see that finally the Campbell's soup company expanded their menu to add Healthy Request to their "Select" and Chunky Soup" lines using sea salt and no MSG.

It should have been done long ago, but, as the old saying goes "better late than never." I rarely cook from cans...I love cooking from scratch all homemade, but in rare occasions when either extremely tired, or going though a phase of depression, or "that time" then I may cook something from a can and in those instances its nice to know that I can have a soup from a can without the dreaded MSG which for some women can contribute to migraine headaches

Yes I know I can go to health food stores which I do and get healthy versions of canned soups paying ropoff prices of anywhere between $7.49 and $7.99 for a 15 oz can
