Legislators are shocked, shocked they tell us, to learn that a clause in a military spending bill that they authorized will terminate the office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, which has embarassed the Bush regime with its reports on corrupt practices by U.S. military contractors in Iraq. So When Bush bables on about his personal war and troops please bare in mind that this is a corporate war for profits not on terror, and now you see the proof.
