Well, today I've decided to
1. Rejoin weighwatchers
2. Get back to the GYM - done!!!
I did 20mins treadmill, (not including the time to get back on having shut my eyes and fell off)
then 5 mins bike and some time spent on circuit.
until I banged into the equipment and now sport a great big bruise on my shin.
and create a journal, ( having read Jo's new journal, I was inspired. Thanks Jo!)
2 out of three might just go the whole way and attend tonite,
I have downloaded a free registration so might use that and away we go...
It must be weightloss issues day, just cleared post and have received a $50 voucher to rejoin Jenny Craigs,
I think someone is trying to tell me something.
