Journal Home Entry or Sign up Problems

Journal Home had a minor bump today when performing maintenance on the databases.  If you accessed Journal Home between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. then you may have experienced issues with saving your journal entries or signing up for Journal Home.  As an result your journal entries may not have been saved and if signing up then your information may have not been processed.  The maintenance is complete and the system is back up and running properly.  In the future we will try to inform members ahead of time, by updating the Journal Home Blog.  In this case, this was an emergency as well as an untimely and unscheduled event.  I am sorry for any inconvenience.
