Various updates (mainly Facebook)

Someone sent me a message to tell me that the Facebook signup was not really working so I re-visited the whole thing.

1. You can now signup to Journalhome with your Facebook account, (properly this time).
2. You can now logout, (don't laugh, you couldn't before).
3. You are now redirected to your control panel when login in.
4. Fixed some minor issues with Twitter as well.

Let me know if you have any issues.
