To change your template simply select 'Choose Template' on the left-side bar in your member account area, find the template of your choice then click 'Use This Template'. 

Please Note:  If you choose to use a new template any edited changes you made to the previous template will be deleted and no longer retrievable.  Be sure to backup any changes you made before continuing.
