I’m curled up in bed having just finished making another cranberry nut bread for tomorrow morning along with Crème Brule French Toast for breakfast. We have 16 people for breakfast tomorrow. It will be busy. RJ went over to the Inn with me to put the French toast into the refrigerator and to help me set tables. My first group (biker babes with guys) will eat at 7:30 AM. Another couple will eat at 8:00AM (they need to catch a plan out of Rochester), and everyone else will eat at 8:30 AM (our usual time). So a staggered breakfast creates an unusual serving arrangement, but I’m sure it will work out just time. Tuesday the publisher (the one doing the pictorial book on Inns in America) will arrive and discuss the project. He wants some of my photography. I had some pretty cool photos of the Inn, but I think I better get out there and shoot some more. So much has changed since we took over the Inn. Lucky us! I need to get some sleep. This staying up late and getting up early is finally getting to me. July 7, 2007
