This is an interesting and novel idea to have a forum/communty page in a builder's website. I wish this would act as an ideal platform to 'elaborate' to the world what exactly your company stands for and what exactly your dreams and visions and also your commitment to the society is...

powerlink  builders first project is pan era in thycadu ,trivandrum .it started in2007 and all  customers  fully paid their money and more than actually thy collected more money   than.   what they specified in their contract .regisration also finished but still now they didnt handover the rights to the owners and not yet finish their works .they agreed to give the fecilities of gym.conferance area,play area and loan . but they are not taking interest to complete their works .customers pls think is it good builders, no .actualy cheaters .this is a  request nobody buy their flats they are always fails to complete their commitments more than they are not yet registered in builders association or CREDAI. almost 4yrs complete but still they didnt finish their works .more than they used less quality materials . all of u care full .....this is the real fact of powerlink builders.
