Excited about my appt. Monday

I emailed a subject 2 expert on the flipping homes forum and he said this looks like a deal. I may look for a L/O for a year, with the rent increasing in a year to go along with the interest rate. Or I may wholesale it, Ron Z. is expressing some interest. Hoping things work out on Monday, so I can help them and it can benefit us all. |
