Two deals Im working on....

I will go Monday to discuss the Sub2, but I also got an email from a homeowner I had talked with a week or two ago. He is really tired of this house (his son had bought it, lost his job, Mom/Dad cosigned etc). and wants out. I am discussing several options with him, one being we lease-option it out, split all profits both with cashflow and at selling time. I want to think that through carefully, as I know any kind of partnership can be BAD. I'll have to have all my ducks in a row if we do this, and I'll have to handle payments from L/Oer etc. Well see. |
