The Greed That Stole Christmas

REFERENCE: Prov.28:25 Greed causes fighting; trusting the Lord leads to prosperity.

Observation:  At Christmas time, it is good to know that greed can cause fighting. When we think only of ourselves, we will often find ourselves fighting others to get it.

Application/Confession: Especially at this season, I want to think about how to make others happy. I choose not to care about what I may or may not get but think alot about how to bless others.

PRAYER: God, convict me when I am being greedy. Gently remind me to trust in you instead.
