How To Have Happy Followers

REFERENCE: Pro. 29:2 When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.

Observation: If a person in authority wants those they are leading to be happy about their leadership--then it is important that they are Godly people.

Application/Confession: I want those I lead to enjoy doing what they are doing. Therefore, it is important that I do all I can to be a Godly person.

PRAYER: Lord help me. I want those I lead to rejoice that we work together. Teach me, help me to be that kind of Godly leader.
