How To Have Happy Followers

REFERENCE: Pro. 29:2 When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.

Observation: If a person in authority wants those they are leading to be happy about their leadership--then it is important that they are Godly people. Godly people serve those they lead. Godly people think about about other's good more than their own. Godly people refuse to make compromises that might destroy the enterprise they are involved in with others. Godly people listen for the Holy Spirit's wisdom so that they can make good decisions.

Application/Confession: I want those I lead to enjoy doing what they are doing. Therefore, it is important that I do all I can to be a Godly person.

PRAYER: Lord help me. I want those I lead to rejoice that we work together. Teach me, help me to be that kind of Godly leader.
