Hate The Sin, Love The Sinner

REFERENCE: Jude 22-23 And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. 23 Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives.

Observation: We need to be merciful to those who are wavering in their faith or being pulled into sin, but we must do so while hating the sin that contaminates their life.

Application/Confession: I want to be so led by the Holy Spirit that I can show mercy without entering into compromise on the evil of sin.

PRAYER: Lord, give me this discernment. May I love, show mercy and care as you do.
