Rejoicing With Fear

REFERENCE: Psa. 2:11 Serve the Lord with reverent fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Observation:  As we serve God, we should do so with fear and awe. God wants us to rejoice, but He wants us to do so with trembling--fear of Him.

Application/Confession: I need to remember to rejoice, but even then, to do so with real seriousness and reverent fear.

PRAYER: Lord, I want to live in respect of you. I want to rejoice in your presence and serve you but I want to do it with reverence, fear and trembling.
