Watch WHAT YOU WORSHIP

REFERENCE: Jeremiah 2:4 They worshiped worthless idols, only to become worthless themselves.

Observation: Never forget this; we will become like what we worship. We worship celebrities, for example, and we have all become like them--shallow and focused on what others think of us rather than our inward character. We worship pleasure and become short sighted and focused on the immediate.

The only one who is worthy of worship, and safe to worship, is God Himself.
