This rant is dedicated to how much I cannot stand AC/DC. As far as I am concered they sound like nails on a chalk bored and I almost cringe in phyical pain whenever I hear them. I really do not understand how they can be so popular and how so many people can like them or even bare to listen to them. And let me tell you I am a total rock and roll girl. I love rock and roll from every genereation, but they are unbearable as far as I am concered. I would like to buy an AC/DC t-shirt and then paint a big red circle around it with a slash through the middle. The reason I felt the need to rant on about this, is simply becasue I am irritated with how much one of my faveorite rock stations play thier music. I listen to the sation just about everyday on my way to class, and it seems like every time I have to hear at least one of their songs.

I think they are what we call a Revenge band ... that is, we sent them over to you for revenge after you sent us the things like the Osmonds and Country & Western. It should be noted that they are vastly more popular over there than back here. From our point of view this is perhaps just as well.
I agree totally that they sound frankly abysmal, but since when was rock actually about music?
