Yes, I have yet again invented my own word. It is something I am often given to do, though it is not something I do intentionally, but rather it tends to happen quite by accident, I will just say something without thinking and be like hey that is a cool new word.
So the new word is Sacrifying, it is like terrorfying, but even worse becasue it is terrifying comined with scary.
