It is the strangest thing, but for some reason it seems I always do the most prolific and best writing during the times when I am at school, and usually in class, either when I am bored with what the teacher is saying, just cannot get myself to focus, or if they are showing a film. But when I am off from school my writing really slows down and gets less. I do not know if part of this just has to do with being exporesed to differnent envriments and such which spark more inspriation opposed to just beeing surrounded by things that are familler (ie home) but I have noticed I write best when I am pressed for time for it, and when I have all the time in the world to write, it is as if my muse just goes to sleep or on vaccation. Though perhaps this year things will be different as I have a new source to draw insperation from. Lately though I have just been so bogged down trying to scramble to stay on top of things that I have not been able to write at all much.

I think I know exactly how you feel. I get my best studying/preparation/work done for one activity while I'm waiting at another activity. I don't know why..... a chance to clear my mind by focusing on something else? Thinking everybody else is wondering if I'm doing something cool? A place where I'm a captive with no t.v. or anything else to do? Hmmmm.
