The Truth about Santanism

Posted in Arcane

This is something I have debated doing for a while now, but at last I think it is time to do so. I was sort of inspired by, or get thinking about this topic again by something else I had read on another blog.

There are many misconciptions out there about Satanism, these misconceptions are spread by varrious sources, such being Christantiy, Media, and ignorent people whom start up cults, or simply do not understand what they are talking who go around cliaming to be Satanists when what they belive or practice is in no way related to true Santanism. In fact trust Satansim is not a cult at all, nor is it made up of small indivual groups of cults. Santaism is about indiviuality.

In true Santanism, Satan is not so much an acutal being/god/idol that is worshiped. Satan is a concept that represents the carnal side of man, Santanism is about accepting huamans as being aniamls no better then any other animal, and of humans embraching and accepting thier more caranl instincts. Santanism is also about free will and survial of the fitiist. It is about people taking personal responseablity for thier own lives of the things which happen to them.

True Santanism is against animal sacrifice of any kind, they belive that life should be resepcted and that no animal should be killed unless for suriveal as in food or self-defense. Santanist respect nature and the Earth and do not seek to destroy or harm it.

True Satanist are not by nature violent, they do belive in doing what they must to protect themselves and thier loved ones but they do not belive in causing harm without cause, they do not support comitting illegal and crimainal acts or in harming innocent life.

True Santanists are not by nature evil, they do not see themves as evil and they do not practice what could be considered evil acts. They are portrayed as evil mainly by the Christions, becasue of the things which Christions consider being part of the 7 sins Santanist see as being a normal part of human nature that should not be shameful or repressed, but accepted, but again, Santanist do not belive you should then use these things to act in a way that brings harm to others.

Becasue of thier very respect for free will Santanist do not belive that you should do anything against the will of another, or try to force anyone to do something against there will.

I think that covers just about everything, so I hope this clears up some of the mispreceptions you might have about Santanism. Becasue I myself comes from a religon which faces misunderstanding, rumor, gossip and bad information, when it comes to other beleif systems outside my own which face the same problems I am understanding and try not to promote such but to help bring an end to it.

Will this help?

Sadly, those who perpetrate misconceptions do so for their own agenda and under their own definitions. You won't find any evangelical preacher changing his tune about anything not-his-brand(TM) of Christianity being Satanism, because he depends upon indoctrination and fear to keep the tithes rolling in. They are right, you are wrong and that is all their followers need to know ... but then, do you want the respect of a shyster or a bunch of fools who checked their brains at the door anyway?

Let fools be fools, and wait for their idols to prove they have feet of clay ...

Will this help

I know I will not change the minds of any relgious fanatics, but I am hoping more then anything to reach the people in the middle, the genreal public particuarly those that might not be deeply religous but just mislead only have relgious propganda to get information on such things. Religous zelots will say what they say, but I think it will help to inform those that might simply not have a chance to see another side of it.
