It if its too good to be true.....

Posted in Thoughts

Most of us are famillar with the old saying If it seems too good to be true it probaly is, and well there is some truth to that I can tell you. I have been in situations before where everything did seem far too good to be true. For it was all to perfect that it was almost like something right out of a dream, and well it might have well been because true to form it did not last and like an illusion fadded away.

You should listen to your initial instincts and that inner voice if you should find yourself in a situtation which does feel and appear to be much too perfect, becasue indeed there is a good chance that it is, and that there is a hidden catch somewhere in there or the full pitcure is not being brought to sight. You should keep yourself aware and alert for the chance of trying to see through those little cracks in the illusion which might reveal themselves and could be lost if you are too caught up by it all, untill it is too late and comes all crashing down.

In my current relationship which happens to be long distance we have been struggling with difficulties of trying to arrange how we might meet, for one thing transportation his an issue, for he cannot drive becasue of visionary problems, and I currently do not have a lisence and cannot at this time afford to take driving lessons, and he has a work scheldulde to work around and I have a school scheldule, and as much as a part of me does wish that these problems could all just be washed away and the obsticles removed, a part of me takes comfort in these little difficulties that keep things from behing too easy, becasue they to offer reassurance to the reality of it all for if it did all appear too perfect I would be weary and not trust it as much, for I would always be looking around the corrner waiting for something to go wrong.
