New EndevourI have a new endevaor to add to my list of ventures, it is something that I have had a long standing inrest in but never really the oppertunity or means to explore it. I am speaking of belly dancing. As I have already mentioned, I love dance, and have taken clasess in varrious different dance styles before, and I have always been intringued and admired the art of belly dancing. Some day I wish to have my own belly dancing costume but the clothing and acceerious for such are usually so expensivie. At the book store I recently purchased this small belly dancing kit, that comes with a set of hand cymbols, bindi beads, and a small booklet that gives step by step on the varrious different movements, and motions of belly dancing and explains how to do them and has a few pictures and such, and so I have been practicing with that, and some of the movements are quite challanging and diffiult others are rather in line with some of the things I learned in my dance classes espcially the latin dances which use a lot of hip movement as belly dancing does. But it is quite fun and I hope to keep with it, but it is so hard to stay with something when you get got up in other aspects in life, but I will try, and in addition I am hoping to take belly dancing classes, it would be great to get back into dancing again, and it is good exercise and belly dancing espcially works many different muscles in the body, because word is a class is going to be starting up near where I live, so I have my fingers crossed for that.11:31 AM - 1/10/2007 - post comment
