It has been a while I know sense my last post about my belly dancing experince, but well not much new as of late has been happening with it. I am happy to say that I am still working with it, becasue so often when I am intrested in something, though I do not really loose intrest in it, it does get more difficult for me to continue with it on a regular basis but I have still been working with my belly dancing, though I have not yet heard any further news on the status of the class that is suppose to be opening up around here. I have been trying to put things more together in an acutal dance opposed to just going thier the each individual motions, and I have to say, it is quite the work out to do so, and uses near every muscle you have. It is amazing sometimes how you can watch someone do something that looks fairly simple when they do it, but then the things you find out when you go to do it yourself. Oh and I do highly recomend doing it on an empty stomach, you do not want to be moving around all those abdomanl muscles after having eaten.
