Where I go to be the sane oneWell you know there must be something terribly wrong with a place where I end up looking like the normal one, but well that is Berkely for you. It is a funky funky town. One of its intresting little quirks, is that one cannot really defferenciate between the people whom are in fact truly homeless and those whom are just hagning out on the street like they are homeless but completely by thier own personal choice.
I had to go to the Berkely Art Museum today for my class to look at some paintings and such for the final I have to do in my art class, and then I decided to hang out on Telegraph which is a unique street in downtown Berkely, becasue every day of the week all up and down the street there are strung out a collection of vendors selling a varity of goods, most of it all all artsy, new agey, or hard core political and 99.9% of the time of a liberal bend. And sometimes there might be the same people there, and sometimes there might be different people, anyone just comes up and chooses an unoccupied section of sidewalk and sets up a booth. In addition all up and down the street there are all thise funky and unique little shops as well, and scads of a varity of unsual and odd characters. So I bought some cool stuff.
And then special just for me, there was also today, the Christain corner, in which a group had set up to sing about Jesus, but then there was this one part where they were going on about how people who critisize Christains only do so becasue they know Christains are right, and they just refuse to let go of thier sins, and he started to list off all these so called "sins" and so was I was walking past them, I just through up my hands in the air flashing the peace sign and just shouted out Heathens Rule! 4:49 PM - 5/12/2007 - post comment
