Tables Turn (Part 2)

Sasha found herself backed into a corner in which there was only one way out, and it was not a way she had any desire to take, but it was her only option. She had never been left so helpless before. What kind of mess had she tangled herself into now? It was too late to pull back, all she could do was fight her way through and wait for the chance to fight her way back on top again "And what is it you want?" Her voice lost its previous charm now that she saw what she was dealing with. Erila was impervious to the change in Sasha’s tone, as she already figured she had check-mate. Perhaps if she were more experienced in such situations she would have known that nothing came at such a cheap price, but she was still learning and mayhaps played her hand too hard and too soon, but it was something at least. "Let Fenton go"

Sasha instantly honed in on the folly of her opponent and her laughter cracked through the room as a small smile curved upon her lips. Poor girl she thought sardonically. She would move in for the kill now and cinch it all. "My dear that simply is not going to happen." She would allow Erila to hover a moment upon her false hope before she struck the final blow. Let her have her moment so her fall was all the harder. The rules of the game once more had fallen cleanly into her hands. "Very well, then I haven’t a reason to help you. I would say it has been a pleasure but that would just be dishonest." Erila rose and began to make her way to the door feeling certain she would be stopped before she reached it, though not quite in the way it would all come falling down upon her.

"You will help me, because you haven’t got a choice, you loose either way. If you walk out right now, than Fenton is of no use to me, and I haven’t any reason not to kill him if my fate is already doomed. And if I let him go, even if you are safe for a while, do you really think we will let you just walk away from this? I will find a way to make you suffer, you cannot protect him forever however hard you try. The only way for both of us to get what we want is if we cooperate. Because if I go down, I promise you are coming with me."

Erila froze as a ripple shot down her spine, the hair upon the back of her neck came to stand on end. Her fingers curled into a tight fist at her sides. She was now checked, and mated. She knew Sasha spoke the truth, she hadn’t a choice and she was thrown back into the position she was before having lost her hope and chance. How could she have been such a fool? She slowly turned around as she began to walk back to Sasha, pausing just before her. "You are right about one thing. Either we both win or we both loose. If you betray your word to me, you will be the one who suffers."

Confession..........

I had the biggest crush on Sasha.....but now......
ummmmm, Erila rocks my world! Oi veh! For some
reason, details like the following are so powerful...
I don't know why....: "Her fingers curled into a tight fist at
her sides. She was now checked, and mated." For some
reason, that sentence made me change allegiance. Its
attack on me was like a powerful spell. Whamo! If you
see Erila coffe mugs, let me know. MORE!!!!!!!!!
