Though I have never been a health nut, or diet freak, or any other such things, I have decided to start making a few changes though nothing drastic as I will still conitnue my enjoyment of food, but there are a few bad habbits I have had, and that have for a while gone back and forth contemplating putting an end to, but then I always end up giving up on it and going back, so I thought it was time to really buckle down.
For one thing, I have had for the longest, the most horrible habbit of binge eating, when I get hungery, I will just to through the house eating a little but of everything that I can get my hands on, and it is usually all junk food items, so I decided that I really should stop doing that, and intested and I am going to try to stick more to just breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and if I do get hungery inbetween meals, I am going to try and have more healty snakcs, like a peice of fruit. Though I do not plan on giving up junk food all togehter, just having less of it. But I will still indulge now and then.
Also, it is sometimes nice to have some chips with a snadwhich and well I use to always just take the whole bag of chips with me to eat while I have my sandwhich, so I am goign to start instead, just putting a few chips on the plate, and just limiting myself to that portion.
And when I do eat, particuarly dinner, I am going to try and have smaller portions, and just stop right when I get full, as parirticuarly within a restarunt you feel compelled to eat all on your plate, even though you can take the leftovers home, so I am going to try and just stop when I feel fool instead of having one, two, three more bites.
And I had my dog I use to go walking every day or nearly so, but after he passed away I stopped walking becasue I did not really feel motivated to do so, and really do not have a reason to, but I have decided to start walking again. Every day in the morning I go for a walk, and if it is too hot to walk, then I will go swiming instead.
