Well so far my will has been perservering and I have been sticking behind my plans. I have restrained so far from eating any unesscary junk food items, and tonight, we had this really good pasta dish for dinner, and normally I would have tkane two big servings of it, but instead tonight I only took about 1and 1/2 helpings, and it was quite tempting to eat the rest, but I was already feeling full, and so I stopped myself. I have also been keeping up with my daily walks. As the weather has been fair here the past few days, though it warmed up a little today, so tomorrow I might end up going for a swim instead.
