Night Fae
Black satin lips
curved in wicked smile
her eyes alit
twinkled enchantment
a sprinkle of dust
over wanton lovers head
Fae wings iridescent
in crescent moonlight
she dances upon the graves
for revenge to be paid.
Chanting words of power
her immortal soul would
bind her chosen to her in death
for never would he stray for mortal flesh
Singing softly
she binds the weaving
while he slumbers
Fairy Mistress perched
upon his chest
Stealing away his breath
she will bleed him dry
and drink the potion
A spell cast not to be broken
Little Night Mistress
lays her rightful claim
to one who was promised
and tried to break an oath.
Never again
together they would live forever
in the world of shadows
and darksome delight.

My favorite part, no I mean my FAVORITE part, hmmm, did
I say favorite yet??? :
"Black satin lips

a sprinkle of dust
over wanton lovers head..."
The satin works along with the curve, to me it suggests her
form as well reminds us that the smile and the body are
the bait, which in the end, become the poison. I love the sprinkling
of the dust, and the poor, poor lover. "What fools these
mortals be...." :)
