Are they for real?

I just read this story that in New Zealand a Judge blocked a family from naming thier child the name of thier choice, becasue the judge said it was unfair to the child. The name they wished to call thier child was 4Real, no persoanlly I do no think that the goverment or the legal system should have the ablity, or any say in what a person chooses to name thier child. I think that a person should have the right to call thier child whatever they like regaurdless of what anyone else thinks, and if the child really dislikes the name, he or she will come up with a nick name to go by, and when the get older they can have the name legally changed. But no one should have the right so say, you can or cannot give your child this name. I do not care what the name is, or how other people might react to it, becasue it really is no one elses bussiness but the parents, what they can to call thier kid. Sure poeple might make fun of the kid based upon his or her name, but you know what that is just a part of life, and if it was not the name it would just be something esle. They could name thier kid Tom, and it would still teased at some point in life about something. And if the kid grew older, and decided the name was a hinderance, or immature or whatever, they can always go and change it themselves, and for all anyone knows the kid might grow up to really like having a unique name. If you ask me, it is unfair to the kid for the judge to determine what the kid would or would not like. Let the kid have a chance to decide for himself if he likes the name or not. Who is the judge to determine the mind of a child or know what the child is goign to grow up to like or dislike. Hell the kid might even decide to be a rapper and think that was the perfect stage name. At any rate, persoanlly even if they are forced to name the kid something else legally, I hope that in privete they continue to call the kid 4Real, just for spite of the judge, and becasue it should be thier right.

I think what would really be funny, is if the parents did have to give the kid another name, but hten told the kid they orignally wanted to name him 4Real, and the kid decided he liked the name and when he was older, went to that very same judge and told him that he wanted his named changed to 4Real, and then what is he going to say, that it is unfair to you for you to name yourself that?
