The British Are CommingI hate when people just open thier mouths and say stupid shit, without even thinking about what they are saying, they just need to be smacked in the face. There was this stupid show on TV this morning, and of course it was talking all about the revolutionary war. And it was talking all about the important role that the chruch and clegery had in the war, and I guess this own pastor or minister or whatever he was, had something to do with encouraging or starting up privateering to help get weaons and he had something to do with some gunpoweder thing and ths chuch did all this stop to help because they were against the divine rule of the king and so on and so forth, and that is all well and good, whatever, but then at the end this woman say, "Some might even say that if it wasn't for the church we would still be a Brittish Colony.
That is just bullshit, even if Amercia lost the revolutionary war, things change, and it is not as if they would say, oh well, we lost that one, guess we will just sit back and no nothing, there would be more uprisings, and poltical fighting, and so on and so forth, sure society might not be exazctly the same as it is now, but I highly doubt that in the year 2007 we would still be a British Colony. Look around, do you know how many Brisith Colony's there were, this was not the only one, and to the best of my knowelge, today there are ezactly 0 British Colony's left, every other country won independence from Brittian at some point in time, so even if we lost the Revolutionary war, Amercia would not have stayed a British Colony for all eterneity.
Not to mention the fact that the whole colony system in gerneal, not so much exsisting anymore, so even if somehow this Countery had stayed connected to Brittain without the revolutionary war, I hightly doubt it would be a Colony stilly considering that Britian does not even have a true moncarcy anymore, no more Kings, thier royalty now is little more then a figurehead, but the govement and all diesisions are run by parelement.
